Yesterday (the 11th) marked 6 months until my due date. Obviously the baby could come early or late but it is nice to know that we have about 6 months left. It still seems so far away but I know one we find out what we are having our time will be spent registering, decorating the nursery, going to baby showers, and parenting/prego classes. I am ready for this time to speed up, but I also try to remember that each day is critical to our baby's growth and development. I try to pray for my baby every day and our future family. I know there will be times that are tough, but I also know that the good will definitely outweigh the bad. I can't wait to meet our baby and go through that stage of our lives.
Tomorrow (the 13th) will mark 2 months until the due date of the baby I miscarried. I try not to dwell on my miscarriage because I know it makes so people sad or feel awkward. However, I do not want to forget about that baby we lost. That baby marked the first time I got a positive pregnancy test, the first time I got to tell Kyle he was going to be a daddy, the first time we got to tell our parents that they were getting their first or another grand baby. It is the first time I was a mommy.
I know someone that is due March 20th so I have watched her progress through her pregnancy. As I watch I think about me going through those things or what size my baby bump would be. It has been hard but it is kinda nice to see. I miss that baby and that pregnancy. I think about how much closer I would be to having our first baby. But I also know that if I hadn't miscarried then I would never have this current baby in me. I trust that God will guide me during my pregnancy and that we will be blessed with the child that is meant for Kyle and I. I will always think about the baby we lost in the miscarriage, but I also feel so blessed to be pregnant again and have the chance at being a mommy again.
I found out this weekend that a friend of mine from high school, Valerie is having some difficult times in her pregnancy. She is due about a week after I am. I believe they chose to do genetic testing similar to what Melisa and Trent decided to do. Kyle and I chose not to have the testing done. Valerie found out last week that she and her husband Michael are both carriers for cystic fibrosis. This means that their child has a 25% chance of having cystic fibrosis. Then after going to a specialist it appears that there are several ademas around the baby's major organs. They were presented with the option of termination which was not an option for them. They have also been given the option of an amnio. I believe that Valerie has decided against the amnio and is just going to hope for the best. She will continue to be monitored throughout her pregnancy and there is a chance that nothing is wrong with the baby. I pray that future sonograms shows a nice healthy baby however I know that Valerie will be an amazing mom no matter what physical health the baby is in. I ask you to pray for Valerie as she goes through this difficult time. News like this kinda puts a dark cloud over the rest of your pregnancy. It is now just a wait and see situation which is very hard when you still have 27 weeks to go. I hope things look better for them and the time passes quickly with minimal stress and anxiety.
I will continue to pray for our baby to grow and develop and be a healthy baby. I pray for a safe and healthy delivery. I pray for not only me but all of the expecting mothers. And most of all I pray for all of the women who are praying to get pregnant. It wasn't that long ago that I was in their shoes, I may be in them again in the future, and it can be a very difficult journey.

Weekend
Kyle and I had a nice weekend. It was a good balance of busy and relaxing.
Friday night we went to Panda Express for dinner. Every since I went to Winstar with my family and some of us ate Panda Express Chinese food had sound good to me. Then we went to Cabela's to do some shopping for Kyle. Kyle found a couple things that he has been wanting. By the time we left it was only 6 but I was exhausted. I think it had to do with it being so dark outside. We originally planned to go shopping at the mall but I decided I wasn't up for it.
Saturday we got up around 8 because Larry, Papa, and Tyler were headed to the house to load up the Jeep. That is right, you heard me! Load up the Jeep!! The guys decided to haul the Jeep down to Maypearl where one of Papa's friends lives and was willing to tinker/work on the Jeep. So they all left to head there. It is so nice to have the room back in our garage. In some ways I don't want it to come back and fill my garage. But on the other hand I hope that Kyle does get the Jeep back and gets the chance to enjoy it. He had his hopes for that Jeep and was really looking forward to getting it running. But then it appeared to have more issues than he thought and it became a source of stress and pressure. I am hoping it will be running by spring/summer and Kyle can drive it around in the nice weather some.
While Kyle was gone I did some cleaning and then just relaxed. At first I felt guilty but then I didn't anymore : ) It was nice to relax in my own house! Kyle got back earlier than expected from taking the Jeep so that was nice and we just had a lazy afternoon.
Then I made my Granny's frito pie recipe and headed to Larry and Susan's house. We were enjoying a game night and dinner with everyone instead of going out to dinner. This was the last weekend to get together before Tyler and Ryan head back down to A&M to start their semester. We had a lot of good food and a lot of fun playing games.
Sunday Kyle and I slept in and then got ready for church. We really didn't want to get out in the cold weather for church. But I told Kyle if we could get out to run errands then we could get out for church. After church we ate Whataburger and headed to Northeast mall. While we were there I bought a new blue jean jacket (because I misplaced mine a while back and have no clue where it is) that was on sale for $20 at Macy's and the best part is I got to buy it with my gift card from Larry and Susan!
Then Kyle and I went to a store called "Destination Maternity" which apparently is a maternity store that carries "Motherhood Maternity" and "Pea in a pod." Well come to find out Motherhood is priced like Old Navy/Gap. Pea in a pod however is priced like Banana Republic and is ridiculously priced, especially for maternity clothes! I saw a dress that was on sale for $110 and it was just a black jersey dress. Nothing special. Once seeing that I went straight to the back where the cheaper brand was. I was mostly browsing but I was considering buying a pair of dress pants to give me something else to wear to work. I was also looking for a dress to wear to a wedding we have in February. I found a pair of jeans and a pair of corduroy pants to try on. I chose a petite small and they were HUGE on me. I went back and got a petite XS and they were still too big. The saleslady then said that apparently Motherhood's line of clothes the XS is considered a size 8?!?! What? Makes no sense. No offense to anyone who is a size 8 but that isn't normally an XS and what happens to all of the people that are smaller than an 8. Well her answer was......"Pea in a pod" XS is a 0/2. Well that sounds more like me, but isn't it sucky that my size is only in the expensive line. She brought me a pair of those jeans to try on and of course they fit perfect. Then I looked at the price tag....$85!!! For maternity jeans, I don't think so! I told the lady, "I don't spend that much on jeans that I can wear for the rest of my life, much less jeans that I can only wear for the next 6 months!" (I was nice about it) She said she understood and then pointed out that they had corduroy pants half price which made them $37.50. Still kinda pricey but doable. So I found a pair of black cords. I figured cords are good because I can wear them to work and on the weekends. Unfortunately they only had my size in the black ones and I really wanted the light or dark khakis. So now I officially bought my first maternity item but am already considering taking them back.
I am now considering checking out Target because I heard they have a good maternity section and then I might borrow some clothes from Melisa. I am not too worried right now because I still have enough clothes that fit, but at some point I am going to have to bite the bullet and figure this out.
After the mall Kyle and I went to Cavender's. Kyle bought a new pair of jeans and a new pearl snap. Thanks to some discount cards Kyle got from Tyler he saved $20 and then with Kyle's gift cards he didn't have to pay anything out of pocket for his new clothes.
Our shopping trip was a success so we headed home and enjoyed the rest of the afternoon warm at home. The weather wasn't as bad as it could have been but it was still cold outside. We didn't get any snow that stuck, though Ennis got enough to make snowmen.
That was our nice weekend. I hope you had a nice weekend too!

14 weeks

Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 14 weeks!!!
Size of baby: Baby Cline is the size of a lemon (3 1/2 inches long) and weighs about 1 1/2 ounces. I am glad we are back to comparing the baby to fruit. Plus I love lemons in my water right now. I am trying to drink 64 ounces of water a day. This is going to be tough and I am going to try to drink it all while I am at work because if I drink too much in the evenings I wake up in the middle of the night. (my ticker to the right that keeps up with my pregnancy says 4 inches and 2 1/2 ounces.) Assuming Baby Cline comes on its due date we have 182 days to go. Sounds like a lot but I remember when it was 250!!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: 1 lb overall. Still just that same one pound which I think is fine for the first trimester but now that I am in my second trimester I will start to gain more weight.
Maternity Clothes: I bought a pair of corduroy pants from a maternity store yesterday. I figure I can wear them both to work and on the weekends. Shopping for maternity stuff was interesting but you will hear about that tomorrow when I talk about our weekend.
Gender: Well last week I said a little over 6 weeks but I was ahead of myself. Now it is a little over 6 weeks until we find out what we are having. I guess you can tell I am anxious! My gut changed this week on what we are having. My gut now says boy. I was talking to my friend Christal about my pregnancy and she mentioned that I talk about a boy a lot more than a girl. I told her it is because I am trying to warm up to the idea of a boy so I will be excited. Then that night Kyle and I were talking about it and I was talking about the name Cooper and I said "It is just perfect for us." After I said that it just felt right and I had this strong feeling that it is a boy. I even call the baby Cooper now. The nurse even thinks boy (more to come on that)
Movement: not yet but hopefully soon!
Sleep: I slept like crap this week! It sucked!!! I toss and turn after a couple hours of sleep and I just can't get comfortable. I sleep on my back, I try my right side, then the left, I try a pillow between my legs. Nothing seems to help. I am considering the floor though I haven't just tried it. I have considered getting a pregnancy pillow but there are a lot to choose from and I have no idea which one (I could ask the many formerly pregnant people I know but that takes work!) plus I keep thinking a regular pillow is fine.
What I miss: Sleeping well.
Cravings: This week I don't remember anything new that I liked. Some of the things I previously mentioned are still good but nothing new really. Except I do crave smoothies which is not an easy one!
Symptoms: Still sick in the evenings and still very tired.
Best Moment this week: Getting to hear the baby's heartbeat.
Hardest Moment this week: I thought I was getting a bladder infection or UTI. Something just felt off. I had noticed that I was peeing more and sometimes I thought I was going to pee my pants and I would try and just a trickle would come out. I figured it is too early for the baby to be pushing on my bladder to cause this urge. Plus I had been feeling twinges in my lower abdomen that felt different than round ligament pains. I also was having lower back pain and the combination of this made me wonder if something was up. Friday it seemed worse and I decided to call my dr instead of trying to get through the weekend. They had me come in to give a urine sample. Based on the quick test there didn't seem to be anything major but they sent it off to the lab to check it. She did give me an antibiotic but I am a little hesitant to take it if they didn't find anything. She said the urge to pee is probably because I don't drink enough water. My bladder starts to spasm and makes me thinks I need to pee. She told me I should get at least 64 ounces of liquid a day and most (if not all) should be water. So now I am trying to drink more water.
While I was there she asked me if I wanted to hear the heartbeat. It made me a little nervous bc I thought she was asking because they secretly thought it could be something else and wanted to check. This time (now that I am further along) they did the belly doppler check versus an ultrasound. So I only got to hear the baby not see it. At first she couldn't find the heartbeat and I started getting nervous but sure enough there it was. She let me listen to it for a minute or so which was nice but this heartbeat was much more muffled than when they did the ultrasound where it was loud and clear. She then asked "do you plan to find out what you are having?" and I said "yes." She said "well it sounds like a boy to me." Her choice was based on the theory that a heartbeat between a certain range indicates boy and another range indicates girl. I thought it was really interesting that she said that since just the night before I had my revelation that I think we are having a boy. When I told Kyle what the nurse said he responded "is that based on scientific stuff or what?" I said no it is just a trend but there are a lot of babies that don't fit the trend.
I am not sure if Kyle still thinks boy or girl because once this week we talked about theories/wives tales and when he said girl he had the wives tale reversed so he may have actually thought boy. Not sure!

Car Inspection
Kyle and I went after work yesterday to get both of our vehicles state inspection done. Kyle's is out here in January. Mine was out in NOVEMBER!! I wish I could say that I honestly didn't know but I did. I noticed at the beginning of December that it had expired the month before but I hate going to get an inspection. It is a place full of guys that try to talk and flirt and sometimes make you spend money on a part that you don't want or need. I asked Kyle if he would do it for me but he hates it almost just as much as I do. I was going to have him go with me one weekend but as I said in previous posts we were in Ennis every weekend of December.
I finally had a day off coming up that I could do it. However, my day off was December 30th and I thought to myself "if I wait 2 more days I will get a Jan 2012 sticker instead of a Dec 2011 sticker." I hate to risk getting pulled over because I have a heavy foot and I don't think the officer would feel bad since it was now 2 month expired. But the thought of waiting 2 more days and getting another month free on my inspection sounded much better.
So Monday, I realized that we bought Kyle's truck in the month of January therefore his sticker was out in January. I asked if we could go together and get them both done and keep each other company. He really didn't want to do it but figured now is as good time as ever. So Tuesday we were both heading up there and Kyle realized we had an expired insurance card in our cars. They expired at the beginning of October so now I had an 2 month expired inspection and 3 month expired insurance card!!
The problem with those insurance cards is that you don't know they are expired until you need it for inspection, registration, or get pulled over!! I am notorious for paying the car insurance bill and filing the bill away without pulling the sheet of new insurance cards. I completely forget they are even in there. So we both went home to find the new insurance cards and sure enough they were still attached to the bill I paid back in October!
So Wednesday we both met up to get our inspections done. I won't name the place of business because I don't want to get anyone in trouble. But while sitting there waiting one of the mechanics comes in and says my car can't pass inspection because the cigarette lighter doesn't work! Seriously who needs the cigarette lighter to work in order to pass inspection? I am pretty sure I don't need to be able to use the lighter in order to successfully drive my car. Well apparently their computer for the inspection hooks up to the car through the cigarette lighter and if they can't get that to work then they can't do my inspection. I was dumbfounded that this is the reason my car wasn't going to pass and they said it could be a bad fuse but they couldn't find that either.
Then the conversation went something like this
M (mechanic)- did you know it wasn't working
D (me)- no I don't smoke and the only time I ever use it is to charge my phone which isn't very often.
M- did you try to get your car inspected somewhere else before this
D- nope I just procrastinated really bad on getting this taken care of because I hate doing it.
M- well......
D- so I really can't pass inspection just because of my lighter. I used it a couple of weeks ago to charge my phone and it worked fine.
I guess the mechanic thought we were shopping around to try to get our inspection done since it was so late!
The mechanic then goes back out there and says they got it to work. I am not sure exactly what they did or didn't do (well I do but won't put it on my blog) but my car ended up passing and I got my inspection sticker. When I left there I felt bad about the situation so the first thing I did was plug my charger in and the light turned on. Plugged my phone in and sure enough it was charging my phone just fine.
I am not sure exactly what happened but I am glad to know that I got my inspection and I think it was just a mistake on their part. The whole time Kyle was bad mouthing my car and calling it a piece of **** but I knew my car was fine. That car has got me through a lot and I feel lucky that we haven't had to get a new car so far. Good thing I plan on getting a new car before my next inspection. Maybe Kyle was hoping it wouldn't pass so we would have to get rid of it and he wouldn't have to drive it once I get my new car. I think he should feel lucky to drive my car : ) but I am a little biased!

Baby Names
Beware this is a long blog!
Many people have asked me about our baby names. Baby names are kind of a touchy subject for me for various reasons.
#1 I come from a large extended family and most of us have the idea that we want a new name that hasn't been used before. We have some duplicates in the family like Luke that is a family name or Brandon which is a common name. But for the most part each person tries to use a new name that someone else hasn't used.
Kyle thinks this issue is ridiculous. His argument is that some of these people we only see once a year or so and what is the big deal if our kids happen to have the same name. In some ways I agree. A year or so ago I liked the name Brooklyn after seeing a street near our house named Brooklyn but when I found out a 3rd cousin has a daughter named Brooklyn I reconsidered. However, this cousin I do not know that well and decided that for the time I would keep the name on my list. As time passed I moved past Brooklyn so it is no longer on the list.
However, Kyle used to like the name Colt and I told him no because my first cousin Robert has a son named Kolton. He didn't see the big deal. However, I just wasn't comfortable with it. Not to mention Colt is the same as Colt McCoy the former quarterback for UT Austin whom I do not like! Luckily over time he moved passed the name and we found other names we agreed on.
#2 The large family brings on another issue. Many people keep their lips sealed about baby names until the baby gets here or at least until you know the gender and for sure the name so you can claim it. If you tell everyone your boy or girl name and have a boy there is a chance someone "steals" or likes your name so much that they use it before you have a chance to have a girl. Usually there are 3-4 people pregnant at a time in our family.
#3 There is some conflict on our girl's name. This is the most touchy because I don't want to hurt feelings and ultimately there is nothing I can do about it, but wait and see how things turn out.
So here we go with discussing our names-
The letter(s) that the first name will start with is K or C. I have liked K/C names for a while now. In fact around the time I was in junior high I imagined have three girls beginning with a K. When I was younger it was H names or J names. I have a great aunt and uncle that did their entire family with J names and I always loved it. I tried it with D names but they all seem boring or old fashion. Sorry but I am not naming my child Deborah or Darla. Then I met Kyle and it sealed the deal. I was officially in love with naming my kids with all K/C names.
Boy Name-
Originally I was in love with a different name (not going to tell in case I use it down the road) and I thought Kyle liked it as much as I did. It is the name we had liked for several years. However, when we started discussing names for our baby on the way Kyle wasn't satisfied. He kept throwing out more names. Some of his names were Rhyder, Brayden, and Boone. Rhyder wasn't my fav and we know a couple of people that have that name on their list. Brayden is already used in the family. And Boone, seriously? I just laughed!
Then one day I sent Kyle an email asking about Cooper and his response was "Cooper is awesome, that is my favorite name so far." Ever since then we have both been hooked. I originally got the name Cooper from a tv show I watch called Private Practice. There is also a boy from my church in Ennis named Cooper and I always thought his name was different. And then I also know of two dogs named Cooper! That is what happens when we start using human names for dogs like Riley instead of Spot!
Middle name-
I have always liked Kyle's middle name which is Scott. As far as I know it doesn't have an family heritage on his side, but it does on my side. My dad has a brother that died as a child in a horse riding incident. His name was Raymond Scott and they called him 'Scottie.' So the middle name is Scott after his daddy and Uncle Scottie.
Therefore the boy name we have decided on is COOPER SCOTT CLINE.
Girl Name-
In junior high I started reading a series by Sue Grafton. The main character in the book was Kinsey Milhone. From the beginning I loved that name and it has stuck with me since then. I also listen to a radio station that had a DJ married to a Kinsey and hearing her name over the past 4 years has made me love it more. Because I have dreamed about having three girls with K names since junior high the other two names I liked were Kennedy and Kendall. The recently popular name Chloe joined my list about a year or two ago. (yes I am weird and have had a list of baby names for several years now, but most girls/women do some just don't formally write it down). Once we got pregnant and started discussing baby names Kinsey got to the top of my list.
However, not long after I was pregnant I was talking about baby names to my sister Melisa who is also pregnant. When I asked her what her girl's name was she said Mackenzie (not sure on spelling). I was shocked because I knew Melisa like the name Mackenzie but I had no clue it was at the top of her list. We used to watch a show growing up called JAG and one of the main characters last names was Mackenzie and they all called her Mac. Melisa thought that was cool and liked the name.
As you can see this created a conflict. Initially I was very upset because I have loved this name for so long but it is neither one of our faults. I honestly don't think either of us realized that this very similar name was at the top of both of our lists. I guess we have similar taste in names. (you wouldn't believe how similar our original boy names were too! Kinda creepy!) There was no mean intent and no one meant to steal the others name. But as you know Melisa is due 4 weeks before me. Therefore if Melisa is having a girl she is going to use Mackenzie. (She finds out Jan 20th!) I will not use Kinsey if she uses Mackenzie because the names are just too similar. Not to mention Melisa plans to use the same middle name I am so that would be even weirder.
Therefore I am considering other names for a possible girl's name. If Melisa happens to have a boy and we have a girl then we will likely use Kinsey. But for now there is no reason to worry about it, I am just working on backup names. I have some very pretty names on our list for a girl but because of #1 and #2 above I am going to keep those to myself. If we find out at the end of February we are having a girl we will share our name then.
Middle name-
My middle name is Marie. It is also my mother, maternal grandmother, and maternal great-grandmother's middle name. It is possible that it goes back further than that but I am not sure. I always knew that I wanted to use Marie for my first little girl. I wanted to carry on that name in my family. Therefore without a doubt the middle name for our little girl is Marie.
I know this was a long blog but I wanted to document all of this so we have it for memories and we can tell our child how we came up with their name. My mom and dad had a list of names for me and Dianna was the only name that my dad didn't cross off so that is how I got my name. My mom didn't save that list and I always wish she had. (no I am not mad Mom, just trying to justify this really long blog!) I always wonder what names weren't good enough for me.
Last weekend of deer season!!
Thank goodness!!!
Kyle loved getting the chance to go hunting this deer season however it took a toll on us and our house! We spent every weekend of December in Ennis. When we go it takes quite a bit of packing. We pack ourselves plus Kyle's gun and hunting gear (which is a lot like 3 duffle bags!!), plus dogs stuff and of course the dogs. Luckily this past weekend was the last weekend of deer season and we can take a break for a while. We are kinda burnt out on driving to Ennis so my parents may not see us until February! I know Kyle is already looking forward to next season but I can't help but already stress about the thought of packing all we have now plus everything we need for the baby! Baby, dogs, and I may have to skip some weekends next year and send Kyle on his own.
We went down to Ennis on Thursday evening and Melisa rode down with us. Friday morning Kyle got up to hunt and Melisa and I headed to Winstar casino. We went with my dad, Granny, and Papa. We met my mom, Aunt Sherry, Aunt Carla, and Great Aunt Doris there. Then my aunt Neva dropped off my cousin Erica to join us. I spent the whole time trying out different fun slots with my mom. I never liked slots before but she showed me the fun ones and I really got into it. After lunch I hit a lucky streak and ended up $70 ahead!! Melisa also ended up ahead but unfortunately everyone else came back in the hole.
We headed back to Ennis around 2 so it was a quick trip but we were trying to avoid traffic and the NYE crazies on the road. We decided to hang out and play games at Granny and Papa's for the rest of the day. Kyle and Trent were going to come over after they finished their evening hunt. Trent ended up shooting a buck so my dad had to join them for a while to take it to get processed. The boys came back and we ate homemade frito pie and played more Canasta. We headed home around 10:30 and though most of us didn't make it until midnight I stayed up reading a book so I did make it. Unfortunately my midnight kiss was sleeping soundly next to him so I let him be.
Saturday morning everyone slept in including the hunters. They were worried their guns were off based on a slight accident so they wanted to check them before hunting again. They didn't want to waste time getting up at 4:30 am in the cold and then there guns be off. The boys then did stuff with my dad while we hung out around the house. Melisa and I watched the TCU game with my mom and dad while the boys did the evening hunt. We enjoyed the game and also enjoyed playing canasta while watching the game!! (we play canasta any chance we get!) The boys got back from their hunt and the TCU game was over so we all headed over to my cousin Savannah's house. We were having a family game night on my mom's side. We enjoyed the food, conversation and of course a competitive game of murder! The boys didn't stay long since they planned to get up for their last hunt Sunday morning.
Sunday Kyle did his last hunt and unfortunately didn't get a deer. I know he was a little disappointed but at the same time he really enjoyed the season. I went to church with Melisa since we slept in. Melisa and Trent headed home but Kyle and I stayed for lunch and one more game of canasta. Then we packed up all of our stuff and the Team and headed back to Fort Worth. It was nice to get home by 5 o'clock and get a head start on laundry and rest before our week back to work.
It was a busy weekend but also a lot of fun with family!

13 weeks (1/3 through my pregnancy!!)
13 week belly pic! I never took a 12 week one...oops! And I gave up on wearing the same outfit each time. It is a hassle to have that outfit clean and put it on. I have a pretty good bump in this outfit. It all depends what I wear right now.Pregnancy Highlights:
How Far Along: 13 weeks!!! The last 2 weeks are starting go by faster than the beginning of the pregnancy. Probably because of the highlights or because I am feeling better. Either way I am glad!
Size of baby: Baby Cline is the size of a medium shrimp (3 inches long). I don't like this comparison. #1 I don't like shrimp! What happened to comparing the baby to fruits and vegetables. The other problem is according to the website I use it says the baby is 3 inches long, but if you remember from last weeks post I believe at 12 weeks the dr said the baby was already 3 inches and 3/8ths therefore my baby is quite a bit ahead of schedule. I checked another thing that said the baby should be 3 1/2 inches at this point so that sounds a little better. I can't imagine having a big baby since I am so small but you never know!
Total Weight Gain/Loss: 1 lb overall.
Maternity Clothes: I think I am going to go look for a belly band today so I can wear my pants for longer. I am getting to the point where I only have about 3 pairs of pants to wear to work.
Gender: a little over 6 weeks until we find out what we are having! My gut has always said girl but sometimes I wonder if that is just because I want a girl and want to SHOP for a girl. This weekend I got to spend time with my cousin Robert's little boys Kolton and Kale and also my cousin Quinn. Those boys make me want a sweet little boy. They are all a different age and see those different phases makes me excited at the thought of a little Cooper Cline running around. That being said on Sunday I was in church behind a little boy that made me scared of having boys!!
I asked Kyle what he thought we were having and he said girl.
Movement: still a few more weeks to go but I can't wait to start feeling the baby!!
Sleep: I am still sleeping well right now because I can kinda sleep on my stomach still. I think I am going to need to get some kind of pillow or something to make it more comfortable to sleep on my side. It just isn't that comfortable right now to sleep on my side.
What I miss: This weekend I kinda wanted a margarita. Kyle and I don't drink often but every once in a while we did and I enjoy margaritas here and there.
Cravings: This week I really enjoyed chocolate milk! I have always liked chocolate milk but this week I have been drinking about a glass a day if not more. The other night we went to Cotton Patch for the first time in forever because we wanted something different and I had a coupon ( i love coupons!). I ordered their chicken finger basket and I dipped them with the fries in buffalo sauce. It was delicious. I haven't eaten that much in a while. Since then that has sounded very good to me.
Symptoms: Sunday night I decided to try not taking any anti-nausea meds for the first time. I wasn't feeling too bad and I figured I was willing to deal with a little nausea. Well I guess it was too soon because around 7 I got sick again. Unfortunately due to my lunch it made the experience bad and my throat, nose, and chest felt like they were on fire afterwards. Not fun! So I guess I still need the meds for now. But I am glad I tried not taking them so I know I really need them. I don't want to take them just because if I don't need them.
Best Moment this week: On my day off last week I did a little discount Christmas shopping. I ended up buying several Christmas outfits. I found a Halloween onesie that may be too small but it only cost me 50 cents!! I also got two Thanksgiving outfits and a cute snow baby onesie that is super soft. I went a little overboard and but I got it all for about $30 so I felt like I was able to justify it!
Hardest Moment this week: I guess getting sick again but otherwise it was a good week.
