Webcam Pics

Here and there I save webcam pics to my computer to do a post.  These go back to December so some of them are when he was still in Room 3.

Below Cooper is in the red shirt.  They played dress up by putting the kids in shirts and they loved it.

Here is my child (I believe I called him a genius yesterday) with a bucket on his head in the middle of the picture! All of the kids love to get the buckets and toy bins and walk around with them.

Look at the mess six 18 months olds can make! Wow!

My child being a loner sitting at the table.

Sitting in the teachers lap reading a book.

Playing with his BFF Aiden.

Playing house with his friend.  They pushed the strollers with babies all over this room.  Looked a little dangerous for the babies but man they were having fun.

Thinking I might need to get Cooper a little baby doll.

Front and center for story time.

Boys boys boys... on western wear day which explains the teacher's hat.

Helping Aiden get on the shelf so he can get on the lower one.  There is actually a picture of the two boys on the shelves!

Enjoying snack time last week.  He loves kay-uts (carrots)

Yesterday playing with the school bus.  He loves to drive the cars, trucks, buses all over the house with his bottom up in the air.  Apparently he does this at day-care too!

Doing it with Aiden!

I know that is a lot but I hadn't done a webcam post in a while.

Happy Good Friday (I am off work today and actually prepared this on Thursday!)

Countdown update!

I thought I would update everyone on my countdowns!

I can't believe we only have 66 days left! 9 weeks sounds like enough time but 66 days doesn't sound like much time! I can't wait to meet our sweet little boy and see Cooper as a big brother!

My sister Melisa is due May 16th with Tinsley!

And finally Angela is due April 23rd with Catelyn but she is having a scheduled c-section on April 15th (Tax day).  Her countdown is a little off because this is based on Texas time when in fact they are 14 or 15 hours ahead of us so it is actually less than the countdown says.

So excited for my nieces arrivals!! I just wish I could be there for Catelyn's arrival because I was there for my other two nieces.  I hate knowing I won't meet her in person until sometime this fall.

Yesterday Cooper received a special package. He got a giant tin of popcorn from his Mimi and Grandpa for Easter.  Cooper loves 'awwcorn' or 'pawwcorn' so this was a great gift! There are 4 flavors and he tried each one.

He looks angry in this picture but he was actually saying cheese so it is just funny looking!

He also played with his Easter stickers.  He loves to give them to people and take them back. Without any prompting he put all of his stickers back on his page.  I thought it was pretty smart/funny/OCD that he put one sticker in each spot! I might just have a genius on my hands!

Happy Thursday!

Randoms

1. Yesterday evening we went to dinner with David and Jen.  I knew right away that Cooper's mood was off and sure enough he was challenging the entire dinner.  Luckily we weren't sitting close to anyone and the service is fast.  He wasn't horrible but he also wasn't his usual pleasant self.

2. I woke up at 10:30 last night with horrible nausea and stomach cramps.  I was afraid to get out of the bed because I didn't want to sit up.  I finally did and willed myself not to be sick...mostly because I didn't want to see what I had eaten come back up.  I finally fell back asleep around midnight.  I am exhausted today!

3. I started reading this cute mommy blog and it makes me sooo excited to have two boys! Click on the link...they are adorable and love each other so much!

4. The way our Easter is planned we won't actually be with family on Easter.  We celebrated with the Cline side last weekend and the Johnson side this coming Saturday.  Now I am trying to decide if Cooper should wear his Easter outfit two days in a row just so family can see him dressed up and not just church people.

5.  I REALLY need to have some professional pictures of Cooper made.  I haven't had any done since he was 9 months old. Jen took his amazing 1 year pictures and since then I have just been bad about doing it. Of course it would help if he would stop bumping his head! I am planning on getting my nice camera out this weekend to see if I can capture some cute candid shots.

6. The photographer doing Casen's newborns is doing a free maternity session for me on the 27th of April and I am really looking forward to it.  I just have to figure out what I am going to wear!

7. I can't wait to meet with the builder on Friday and start making some decisions towards our new house!

8. I am so ready for maternity leave that I have already checked out at work.  It isn't that I am uncomfortable.  I have just been working so hard for the past year that I am ready for a little break and change of pace.

9. This morning on the way to day-care Cooper said "Is coming bus! Is coming bus!"  He was so excited.  He meant 'a bus is coming!'  We see a lot of buses each morning and I usually tell him one is coming so that he can see it.  Cooper is also working on counting to 10 and does really well.  I have been trying to record it but no luck so far.  I LOVE how he says each number (except 1 which he refuses to say).

10. I had lunch with my best friend from college, Jodi yesterday and she shared the exciting and shocking news that she and her husband will be moving to England for the next year. On a whim she applied for a job a while back and recently she was offered the job.  She accepted and they move May 1st!  I am so excited for them and their new adventure.  But man I am going to miss her!

11. I don't have any pictures to share of Cooper because I haven't taken one since Sunday which I already shared with you.  And I am out of things to talk about so I guess I better get back to work!

30 weeks down and 10 to go!

How Far Along: 30 Weeks along! 75% through! 69 days until Casen's due date!

Size of baby: Casen is the size of a butternut squash (17 inches and 3.1 lbs)

Total Weight Gain/Loss: 18.5 lbs I was hoping to stay under the 30lb mark with this pregnancy but I don't think that is likely to happen.  I don't exercise, don't limit my food, and my sweet cravings don't help! Oh well!

Maternity Clothes: Yes

Gender: Sweet boy Casen Andrew!

Movement: I have a wonderful, active little boy!

Sleep: Get up to pee 1-2 times a night now and toss from hip to hip often.

Cravings: Chipotle (had it twice last week) still craving that dill potato salad from Baker's but haven't had it.  I have been craving more sweets and have also been a lot thirstier lately. I craved brownies, made brownies, and ate way too many brownies last week!

Symptoms: I continue to have a lot of BHs contractions.  I am pretty tired now by the time the evenings come, but overall I feel good.  Not a lot of aches and pains yet. No swelling but I think my face is starting to get puffy...so maybe my coworker was right!

Best Moment this week: Today I had my doctor's appointment and it went great. Except for the fact that I didn't get called back until 12:10 when my appointment was at 11 and then my appt lasted less than 6 minutes and most of that was just with the nurse.  Blood pressure, weight, and heart rate (136) were all good. I am measuring exactly 30 weeks and things are going well.  The doctor said the best thing for the BHs contractions were water and rest.

Hardest Moment this week: The crummy weather kept us indoors.  I would have liked to go on walks and enjoy some nice weather.

Next Appointment: April 8th

Weekend Recap

We had another wonderful weekend.  Friday evening we ran some quick errands, picked up Rosa's for dinner, and watched some good old Wheel of Fortune.  Have I mentioned that we LOVE Wheel of Fortune.  In fact a week or so ago I actually set the DVR timer for it in case we forget to turn it on.  Shouldn't we be over 60 if we watch Wheel of Fortune?  I don't know, but I love it and Cooper even guesses letters sometimes!

On Saturday Cooper slept until just after 8 which is unheard of for him.  We made cinnamon rolls and then we took him to his Mimi and Grandpa's so we could meet with our realtor.

We found a neighborhood in Midlothian that we love! They are one acre lots and it feels like you are in the country, but still have a neighborhood.  Kyle and I are really excited about it and are meeting with the builder again on Friday along with our realtor!!

After house/empty lot hunting we went back to Kyle's parents to hangout until the evening.  Kyle's family all came over and we celebrated Easter a week early.  Unfortunately it was cold and windy outside so we had to keep our celebration inside but that didn't stop us from having fun.

Kyle's Aunt Shari made this adorable and yummy bunny cake for Cooper. Actually it was huge so it was for all of us!

We also did an indoor egg hunt and he did awesome.  He got so excited looking for the eggs and did a great job. Excuse the blurry iPhone pictures, but Kyle's Uncle Ron took pictures for us with his nice camera so I will have more to share later.

He was a good egg spotter but didn't want to carry his basket.  He also didn't care for the grass in his basket.

Please ignore the fact that he isn't dressed for Easter.  I had a polo for him to wear but we decided not to mess with changing him.

He loved opening the eggs to see if there was 'canny', fruit snacks, or money. He knew to get extra excited for the dollar bills! Funny how kids know that!

Sunday we went to Ennis for a baby shower for my cousin Trey and his wife Catherine. They are expecting in July.  I was one of the hostesses so my parents watched Cooper and MacKenzie while Melisa and I went to setup.

The shower was really nice and Cooper loved his cupcake!  We laughed that he looked like the Joker here!

After the shower we got to go to my Granny and Papa's to play games and hangout for a little bit.  She is going to work on a craft project that I found on another blog and I can't wait to see how it turns out.

We didn't get home until after 8 last night night so we were all pretty tired this morning.  We have a lot of laundry to catch up on.  Plus Cooper has a bake sale at day-care this week and we have one at work so I will be doing some baking. This is going to be a busy week for us but it was wonderful to spend so much time with family this weekend.

Last weekend

I am getting caught on my iphone pictures however I still have a list of blogs that I need to post (rodeo, gender reveal party, update on Cooper's stats and changes, and probably more that I can't think of right now)

Last Friday night we met Uncle David and Aunt Yen Yen for dinner at Spring Creek.  I had a yummy baked potato and salad! Cooper was antsy so it wasn't the most relaxing dinner, but luckily David and Jen are used to it.  They are great about helping us with Cooper and occupying him while we finish our food.
Saturday morning we had our garage sale with David and Jen so my mom watched Cooper.  Melisa and Mac came over to play at our house. I love that both of the kids are playing with magnadoodles (or similar brand).  Cooper got two for Christmas and I honestly think they are his favorite toy.  He loves to draw on it and have us draw shapes for him to guess.

Cooper came up to the garage sale for the last 2-3 hours and played since my mom had to be somewhere.  While he was there he got a MUCH needed haircut from Aunt Yen Yen which went very smoothly thanks to candy!  Here is my post a year ago when we had a garage sale and Cooper got his first haircut.

We had a successful garage sale but we are exhausted afterwards.  Cooper took a great nap and I took about a 15 minute one.

Then we met the Cline side at Olive Garden for dinner.  I took a lot of pictures because I was trying to capture his adorable haircut! Jen did it a little shorter this time and I just love it!

Playing with the stickers that Aunt Shari brought him  He loved giving Grandpa lots of stickers.

After dinner the weather was gorgeous so we hung out in Mimi and Grandpa's backyard.  Grandpa pulled out Cooper's custom made soccer goals.  These were made my Grandpa and Uncle Tyler and were part of Cooper's Christmas present.

Yelling 'GOOOOAAAALLL'

Sunday we enjoyed a lunch at Raisin Cane's, a trip to Old Navy, the grocery store, and also house hunting.

I have my old iTouch that we let Cooper play with, but I think we need to get a new soft case for it.

As I took his picture he told me he wanted to take my picture and kept telling me to say cheese! It was the cutest thing!

He is sporting his green shirt for Saint Patrick's day and it is also my Meme Sylvester's birthday.

Screaming cheese and eating his marshmallows (his necklace is actually a stretchy headband of mine and he happened to have picked the green one)

This week Cooper had one amazing day of potty training.  He went in the morning at home, 4 times at day-care and once before bath.  Up until this point he was only going once at day-care.  Since then he has been dealing with allergies and is back to his normal only once a day-care.  But we were still super proud of him and I caught this picture to share the news with family.

Cooper got some cute hand me downs and this morning I put him in this shirt! I think he was a little embarrassed at school, but I wanted to get a pic since I am a Bachelor lover.

Happy Friday! I hope it goes by fast for everyone because we are looking forward to a fun weekend!

Pictures from last week

I took a lot of pictures last week and I want to post them so I have them.
This was Wednesday afternoon after Western Wear Day at day-care. Cooper and I sat on the patio enjoying a snack.  You probably have noticed that he wears his bear hat ALOT! Well that is for two reasons. #1 we are still trying to avoid ear infections in this cool weather. #2 our backyard is super windy because we don't have anything built behind us to block the wind.

Thursday was wear your favorite color day so Coop wore yellow.  Most times if you ask him what color something is he guesses yellow so I decided that was his favorite color.  Until he started saying green all of the time!! Please note how long Cooper's hair is! OMG those bangs are horrible.  I knew he needed a haircut but I just didn't know how bad it was until he had a haircut on Saturday and I looked back at these pictures.  He looks SOOOO much better!

Thursday evening the weather was nice so we went for a walk.  Cooper loves going on walks!

With water, a snack and his shades he was ready to roll.

I took this picture of our shadow...wow I look huge!

After the walk we relaxed on the patio again and my little mini me leaned back and relaxed just like mommy. We looked for planes and watched the birds.

LOVE this picture of me and my boy!

This is the only picture I caught of pajama day (spaceship and stars on his pants).  He had a follow up at the ENT and then headed back to day-care.

And this is the note I left on the fridge yesterday at work after I found that someone had eaten my leftover tamales from Monday.  Seriously made me mad because they were homemade!  So I had to go to Chipotle for lunch because I didn't have anything.

But there was leftover dessert from a luncheon that made me feel a little bit better (but very guilty)

And then this morning I got my first comment from a coworker about my face looking swollen so maybe I should be good today!
