Chloe is 4 months old

Our Chloe girl is 4 months old!

She is

22 inches long (<1 1="" p="">
10.56 pounds (1%)
15.4 inches head (9%)

Size 3 month clothes and some 0-3 month depending on the brand

Size 1 diapers

Blue eyes and brown hair with a very obvious bald spot in back

Personality

Chloe is a morning person and wakes up with a smile on her face. She is sweet and smiley but also has a temper.

Eating-
Chloe is still a great nurser. Now that she is in day-care she drink a 3 ounche bottle every 2.5-3 hours. I nurse her in the morning before day-care and she typically drinks 3 or 4 bottles while there depending on when we pick her up and how her night went.

Sleep

Bedtime routine starts at 7:00- bath (every 3rd night), diaper change and pjs, nurse, and then swaddled up and in her crib. She knows when it is bedtime and is ready to go at 7.

On March 8th she slept 8-6:30. On March 12th she slept 8-5:15. On March 24th she slept 7:30-5.

She takes 3 naps a day at daycare usually two short 45 minutes and a long one about 1.5-2 hours

Chloe loves to put her hands in her mouth and REALLY wants to be a finger sucker. But we are trying really hard to discourage it.

Chloe is also drooling a ton!! As a 3rd time mom I know that it is just the age and she isn’t getting teeth. All of my kids drooled around this age and none of them got teeth for several more months.

She no longer hates her carseat or poops all of the time in it. However, she doesn’t do great at night on the go because she likes to be home in her bed.
Kyle watched her two Friday nights in a row while I went out for a girls night and took the boys to a birthday party.

Chloe started daycare on March 18th when I returned to work. She had a rough first week as she figured out the bottle, napping with lots of noises, and a new environment. But she really settled in by the third week.

The weekend before starting day-care she had a slumber party at Babi and Grandaddy’s. This gave me a night off plus a trial run of 24 hours with bottles to help figure out how often she would want to eat and how many ounces to send.

She wore shoes for the first time this month but honestly it was only twice and hasn’t worn them since. I hate messing with baby shoes that don’t fit right and fall off.

Chloe still doesn’t roll from back to tummy but does it accidentally from tummy to back during tummy time. She has figured out how to kick, scoot, and turn while on her back.

Chloe is a total mommy’s girl and isn’t a fan of men lately. Poor Grandaddy and Grandpa haven’t gotten much Chloe time.

Chloe prefers to sit up on our shoulder looking around. She only wants to be cradled when she is going to sleep. Her brothers have had to adjust how they hold her now.

She is also very nosey and bright-eyed in church. We attend mass during her typically long nap time but no matter how sleepy she is she is wide awake for mass. I think she likes smiling and looking at everyone.

At 3.5 months we went on our first vacation as a family of 5 and our first road trip. Chloe did awesome on the trip, being on the go, and sleeping in the hotel room. She also did great when I wore her in the wrap for our 2 mile hike.

She regularly grabs my hair and pulls. Really tempting me to cut a few inches off.

Her current nicknames are 'Chloe girl' (given by Casen), Baby Chloe, Baby Whoa-wee (that's how Tracen says her name), Baby sister, Clo Clo. Sistersita, C-Lo
